If you were to go for long term trip, what’s your biggest concern?
As for me, the first thing that I can ever think of long term trips is to find a nice and cozy place to stay just like home. I bet most of us would be concern about being homesick while staying out there in an unfamiliar place for a long period. I get homesick as well whenever I am on outstation for a long period. Homesickness is harder to get by when you are in an unfamiliar environment. Some of us may travel for business or vacation purpose. It is very common that work require you to travel to a foreign country.
So, here comes the questions: What do renters search for long term rental?
The first thing that I would normally search for are the location that I want to rent. Next, I would filter my preference such as price, facilities, furnished or unfurnished, transportation, number of bedrooms, security, etc. After that, I get to choose my preferred units and meet up with property agents for further viewing of the units but somehow it was not what I wanted.
